ABOUT ME

My name is Metrice Wingfield. I am a proud mother of all boys. I love to walk in health and take others with me. At the age of 25, I suffered a stroke. I was not overweight and did not eat junk food all the time, but I was stressed beyond my limits. I learned then that I have one body and this earthly temple needed maintenance. I realized that I had to inspect what I expected. I had to be conscious of what went into my body to maximize what came out. After changing my diet and getting into fitness to maintain my health, strength, and mental well-being, I discovered my purpose. And here you are, seeking the same for yourself. I applaud you and congratulate you on starting your journey.

This journal is here to help you identify, guide, and maintain your fitness journey. Recording the information requested in this journal can motivate you when you hit a plateau or regain weight; you can also find inspiration from your previous success and consistency.
